If he doesn't perform after recovering from this injury, I would love to see him playing for another team next season and bring in lots of cash for Manchester United.

Well, it seems that Rooney will be making his return in the match against Wigan!
I hope that he regained his lost form!

I'm more eager to see the fans' reaction towards him because I don't have the same esteem I had for him before.

There were some boos when he came on as a substitute against Wigan last night. Believe me, Ferguson will sell him at a higher price than Cristiano Ronaldo in the near future. On the other hand, Javier Hernandez aka Chicharito has already hinted he can be a good alternative to Wayne Rooney.

Chicharito lacks physical strengh, that's also greatly demanded in Premier League!

Well Rooney's goal was a mere penalty!
Even, the goalkeeper could have scored that! Razz
That's no big deal, for I'm waiting for an instant goal while playing itself!

Even though he didn't score many goals this season, Wayne Rooney is one of those rare players who can be a defender, a midfielder and a forward in a single match. He is also one of those rare players who can overturn the opposing team on his own. With such pedigree, everything else can be excused and what's more important is that he is a Manchester United player.

Wayne Rooney is not just about scoring goals...... he creates a lot and defends as well... when rooney plays well, united plays well... he is the heart beat of united...

The 19th would not have been possible without him... he may not have scored a lot this year but he got 11 assits .....
much rather have a half fit Rooney playing than the lazy berbatov...
